I was checking out some files when I got a message similar to the following:
svn: Checksum mismatch for '.svn/text-base/blah.ext'; expected: 'f8d45250f7df5561635854165862fdd8', actual: '644f85c4befa671150c5c6ec5fad9885'
There were a few sites that suggested a work around but they were quite fiddly.
Instead, I installed RapidSVN, a GUI for SVN, and checked out my files that way and it worked. Of course, there is a chance that the error still occured but RapidSVN skipped over and did not report it.
