The changes I made yesterday have resulted in a smaller population size, less sick children and less children overall.

The populzation size is still too big so I'll have to do some random culling. I also need to figure out a better way of limiting births. At the moment agents can only mate between the ages of 10,000 and 80,000 steps and after each birth they must waith 5,096 to recover. However, I have a growing number of older than 80,000 steps.
