I had to skip training again today. My laptop got hit by spyware last night, I had a supervisor meeting that I had to prepare for around midday, tutoring that kept me at uni till late in the afternoon, and I headed out in the evening.
I used to wonder why more people don't get in shape. Good nutrition and training is hard. It's so easy to let training and nutrition slide. As I record my excuses I'm realizing that is all that they are.
