Tuesday workout. Location, home. Partner, brother.

One day I'm going to look forward to working out. One day.

10 mountain climbers
10 squat jumps

Set 1, 4 minutes 37 seconds
Set 2, 5 minutes 17 seconds

Slow, I know.

Then I did a workout inspired by Terry Crews.

The workout begins at 1 minute 55 seconds.

10 Barbell Rows
10 Barbell Power, Cleans, and Jerks
10 Barbell Dead Lifts
10 Barbell Front Squats

Set 1, 2(5)k
Set 2, 2(5)k
Set 3, 2(6.25)k
Set 4, 2(6.25)k
