Just spent a day fixing bugs that caused the simulation to crash when converting genome data from version alpha to bravo. Seems to be good for now. Just went over the completed and next actions list. There are still so man things left to go.

• when genome configuration file changes, update genome
• when genome changes, update neural network
• when connection file changes, update connection
• implement gender touch sensor
• run gender simulations
• balance gender over time
