Is computer science dead?
A while back, a newspaper visited my university and interviewed a friend and myself. The tag line for the article was "IT professionals are too good at their jobs and now no one needs them." The article is rather grim.
Although job markets may fluctuate, I hold firm to the the belief that you should follow what you believe in.
