One of my favorite blogs is Coding Horror because Jeff Atwood always seems to write about things that are relevant to me but which I don't want to think about but which I should think about. An example is the recent post on titled, "The One Thing Every Software Engineer Should Know." This is a great post and a good example of what I am talking about because I am one of those people who would prefer to be building systems rather than building a business even though building a business will ultimately enhance my ability to build systems. Oh, and Jeff's re-framing in terms of an RPG character is spot on.
