I am currently working to get Polyworld working. Polyworld currently works on Mac and Linux but not Windows. I have decided to try it out on Linux before working to get it running on Windows. Since I am not already running Linux, I decided that a simple way to get Linux running is to use VMware with an VMware image of Ubuntu.
A few websites such as "thoughtpolice" and "Standard Deviations" have posted up some tips.
The site chrysaor.info provides up to date VMware images of Debian OpenBSD and Ubuntu. When everything is up and running, I intend to make a small donation to Chrysaor.info for providing the service.
The username and password for the Ubuntu image is user and user respectively.
