I can normally do 3x10 pull downs at 90p when I do a split workout but today I felt tired in the third set. Same with the bench press, I can normally do 10, 10, and 8.
I felt nauseous by the end of the workout. It was a longer workout than normal, I usually do 3 exercises in a workout but today I wanted to challenge myself.
