Training Journal

I was going to workout this morning but I decided to get some work done and then workout in the evening. So much rationalizing and procrastinating!

I did an evening workout of 45 minutes cardio and 45 minutes weights. With the cardio, I took it easy and did incline treadmill walking. With the weights, it was pull ups, pull downs, shoulder presses, lunges, and knee raises.
