I had a good training session this morning. I was tempted to skip training because I felt like I had too much work to do. Then I was tempted to training in the evening instead of in the morning.
- Running and incline treadmill walking
- Pull ups
- Dips
- Crunches
- Stretch
I suck at running and pull ups. I used to be good at dips but I suck at them now as well.
