I was supposed to to train on Monday because I skipped training on Sunday. Training on Sundays is becoming almost impossible. However, I skipped training on Monday and ended up programming like crazy.
After programming on Monday, I ended up sleeping in and I'm stressing like crazy. So I'm tempted to skip training today as well.

I ended up getting to the gym late and did some cardio on the treadmill for about 5 km over about 50 minutes. Quite slow but that's all I can do for now.
