Thursday training. Location, home.
I really did not feel like training tonight. I got home at about 7:30 PM, had dinner, and got ready for training at 8:30 PM. I've been training at home lately so that I can spend my time with my brother and so that my brother can train as well.
I found this while looking at sixpackshortcuts on YouTube
10 burpees
10 mountain climbers
10 squat jumps

10 x 50 meter sprints.
That was all I did and I was exhausted.
