Location, gym. I had a relaxing morning and I was very tempted to skip my workout in the afternoon.

Cross Trainer

Dumbbell Shoulder Presses

Dumbbell Upright Rows
3 x 10

Seated Cable Rows
3 x 10

Seated Machine Upright Bench Press
3 x 10

Tricep Rope Pull Downs
3 x 10

Dumbbell Raises
3 x 10

Dumbbell Bicep Curls
3 x 10
