Barbell Squats
Skip, my quadriceps felt tight
Barbell Bent Over Rows
3 x 10
Barbell Upright Rows
3 x 8
Barbell Shoulder Presses
3 x 10
Power, Clean, and Jerk
1 x 10
I was exhausted by the time I did the power, clean, and jerk so I only did one set.
