Training Journal

I was tempted to skip training today but I got some training done. I got home last night at about 3am and slept till about 12pm. I did a workout with my brother who has developed an interest in going to the gym. My parents are paranoid about weights stunting my brother's height so we only did an upper body workout.

  • 30 minute run and walk
  • standing bent over dumbbell rows, 3x10
  • sitting dumbbell shoulder presses, 3x10
  • dumbbell bench presses, 3x10
  • sitting, alternating dumbbell bicep curls, 3x10
  • push ups, 8-10

Tomorrow is a rest day and the next workout will be on Tuesday.

I've found that when I indulge in more cerebral fantasy recreational activities, I tend to feel less like training ...
